Okay, now reading though this and seeing the images that have been shown/posted, i see that Grimm is acting immaturely towards Yuri.
I myself haven't crossed paths with Grimm many times, so i cannot judge on what i have seen on the sever from me behalf.
I am going to be giving this a +1 to this, only because their is a sense of immaturity that shouldn't be possessed by a Senior Super Administrator.

I've crossed this guys path multiple times and everytime I've seen him, hes been insulting and harrassing other members, including myself.
This guy doesn't deserve to be an admin, hes too immature. Teach him a lesson and demote him, he needs to learn people skills.

Can you guys like seriously lay of his back for once... he demoted stony cause they got into a fight which he should not of done but he was promoted back.

I've been trying to become friends with him, when I had the airfield I tped him to me and said do you like the airfield and I spoke as nice as I could but then he just said "No" then he started bitching at me because I had such a large part of the desert, then he went on to complaining about how theres no easy precision..

I was actually really good friends with him on TFSA but when he came to this server he just hurled riduculous threats at me (Eg. When I was building one of my Custom Skyboxes I tped him to me then he started placing random shit in there like coke cans and shit so I slayed him then he had a go at me for slaying him and then kept saying "Slay me again Yuri I dare you"

I tried having a bit of fun with him today, he jumped in my plane then I flew around a bit then he decided to become a towelhead and go "For Allah" and then he /me'ed Straps on vest so I jumped out of the plane and RPGed it, he didn't die and it was my plane then he started bitching at me and thats how this all started.

i agree with peirce and this would be better suited for a demotion.
